1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Royal Splendid Holidays ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website royalsplendidholidays.in and travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit/payment
  • You must provide accurate and complete information for all travelers
  • Booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address

2.2 Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed
  • Quoted prices include services as specified in the itinerary
  • Taxes and fees applicable at the time of travel will apply

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 30% of total cost at time of booking
  • Balance: Remaining 70% due 30 days before departure
  • Late Bookings: Full payment required for bookings within 30 days of departure

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods. All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email

  • Non-refundable components (flights, special permits) will not be refunded
  • Peak season bookings may have different cancellation terms

5. Changes and Modifications

5.1 By Traveler

  • Name changes may incur additional charges
  • Date changes subject to availability and fare differences
  • Itinerary modifications may result in price adjustments

5.2 By Royal Splendid Holidays

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, political situations, natural disasters, etc.). In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives or refunds as appropriate.

6. Travel Documents

  • Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and permits
  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from date of return
  • We may assist with visa applications but are not responsible for visa refusals
  • Carry original identity documents as required for domestic travel

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability. Royal Splendid Holidays is not liable for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Royal Splendid Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators). We are not liable for:

  • Acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines/transport
  • Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
  • Loss or damage to luggage and personal belongings
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest)

8.2 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tour package.

9. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Follow instructions of tour guides and local authorities
  • Respect local customs, laws, and cultural sensitivities
  • Ensure physical fitness for chosen activities
  • Disclose any medical conditions or special requirements
  • Arrive on time for scheduled activities and departures
  • Behave responsibly and not disturb other travelers

10. Health and Safety

  • Travelers must be in good health to undertake the tour
  • Consult your doctor regarding vaccinations and medications
  • Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary requirements
  • Follow safety guidelines during adventure activities
  • We reserve the right to exclude travelers who pose safety risks

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Royal Splendid Holidays and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

12. Complaints and Disputes

  • Report any issues to your tour guide immediately during the trip
  • Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of tour completion
  • We will investigate and respond within 30 days
  • Disputes shall be governed by the laws of India
  • Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
